About the Course
The one-offone-hour general academic session can be used:
to discuss and/or plan upcoming assessments;
to receive feedback on sections of written assessments that you are preparing for submission;
to interpret feedback received from lecturers about your assessments;
to work on basic strategies for a specific area (e.g.: essay structure, signposting, coherence of arguments, time-management, organisation, participating effectively in seminars, efficient academic reading, exam preparation, critical thinking, and more...)
to prepare and/or practise a presentation;
for anything else that you believe is achievable without an ongoing programme of support.
